- Identify requirements as per principals/suppliers production programme.
- Obtain enquiries/Tenders for evaluation, Technical clearance as required from quality and engineering departments of customer.
- Indication of competitors and their prices to enable supplier awareness.
- Submission of offers/quotations in line with customer procedures.
- Attend tender openings and fallow up/negotiate with the customer to reach positive results for principals.
- Co-ordinate establishment of L/C as per principal delivery schedule and prompt release of payment on receipt of documents at customer.
